Ecclesiastis 7:12  For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.

Matthew 6:34  Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Not worrying about tomorrow is a clear sign of absolute dependency on God.
1John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1John 4:10  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Bible Verses About Faith-Unique Bible Verses About Faith and Short Explanations

Bible Verses About Faith

We present to you specific bible verses about faith and free links to other veress to meet your desired needs. Let us get to them. Follow...
Deuteronomy 32:20  And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.
The absence of faith hides the face of God. Without faith, no man can actually please God, and so can’t actually see the face the face of God. The best method to show the face of God in your life is to actually have faith.
Habakuk_2:4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
The soul of man cannot be upright with God, it is only faith in Jesus that qualifies one to be right with God. Right believing produces right living, and therefore it is only by faith that the just can live.
These bible verses about faith is guaranteed to give you the relationship you need with God.
Matthew 6:30  Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Have faith in God for all your provisions. By faith, we get all we need. If God produces the earth out of nothing, He surely can provide allour needs if we put our trust and faith in Him.
Matthew 8:10  When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
Great faith moves the heavens to do what is not expected to happen.
Matthew 8:26  And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
With great faith, you can calm the storms of your life. Every wave of negativity flowing in my life, I command you to cease now.
Matthew_9:2  And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
When you have faith in the Lord, you will be of good cheer.
Matthew_9:22  But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
Matthew_9:29  Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
Sometimes, and most a times, healing comes as a result of one1s own faith.
Matthew_14:31  And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
In the same way, we release disaster on ourselves by our lack of faith, but thank God Jesus is always around to provide his helping hand.
Matthew_15:28  Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
Healed by one`s own faith in Christ Jesus. Faith is one medicine for healing. See that Jesus did not say that you are healed by my faith, but by the woman,s own faith. I believe that is encouraging to anyone who thinks he or she has to rely always on someone else`s faith to receive a touch from God.
Matthew_16:8  Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?
Matthew_17:20  And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Matthew_21:21  Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
Doubt equals lack of faith that leads to destruction, but all things are possible to those who have faith. All this are possible. Even if it means changing situations you are in right now. Nothing is impossible. Until we realise it is possible, it is never possible.
Matthew_23:23  Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier Matthewters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Faith is higher than all. If you really believe this, you would rise higher than all.
Mar_2:5  When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
Mar_4:40  And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

Fear equals the lack of faith, but faith gives you the forgiveness of sins. I believe this itself explanatory. We believe we have no sin because Jesus died and took the burden of our sins by faith.

BIBLE AND STRESS-Bible Reveals Stress as one Factor about Elijahs Flee from Jezebel.

BIBLE AND STRESS

Do you wish to discover one the greatest secret about the bible and stress or Are you stressed up? Today, we would like to discuss what the bible says more about stress. We would uncover a hidden loophole in the bible about Elijah and how stress had a negative effect on him. Think thou that Elijah of all people would be escaping from Jezebel after calling fire? See what really happen. Is it okay to be stressed out according to the bible? What effect does stress have on some individuals in the bible? Let us find out. How is bible and stress reflected in the bible?
1Ki 19:1 And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.
Bible and stress features can be seen in the life of the prominent Elijah.
1Ki 19:2 Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time.
1Ki 19:3 And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.
Why should Elijah flee from Jezebel even after conquering soldiers and false prophets?
1Ki 19:4  But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.
1Ki 19:5  And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.
Firstly, we identified that Elijah the great prophet of God was stressed out and hungry. He has to sleep because of stress, and after that he needs food because he is hungry.
1Kings 19:6 And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again.
1Kings 19:7And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.
1Kings 19:8 And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.
1Kings 19:9 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?
This question shows that Elijah is not supposed to be where he headed. He is supposed to stand.
1Kings 19:10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
Secondly, it is recognisable that Elijah thought that he was the only one in right standing with God. Never think that in your life.
1Kings 19:11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:
1Kings 19:12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
1Kings 19:13 And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?
1Kings 19:14 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
1Kings 19:15 And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria:
1Kings 19:16 And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room.
1Kings 19:17 And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.
1Kings 19:18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.
Why should Elijah be stressed out? Simple answer.
After he waited and laughed at the false prophets of Baal all day, he slaughtered them all single-handedly with a sword. Stress took the best of him and he forgot all about calling down fire.
1Kings 18:39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.
1Kings 18:40 And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape. And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew them there.
He would surely be stressed out. Have time to rest, and do not stress out because bible and stress do not go together. The greatest stress is not even in the body. It rises from the mind, and spreads up to the whole body. Maybe, you have worried so much about something that you can no longer feel relaxed without feeling sharp pains in your heart. You are in one way or the other getting yourself stressed up. REMEMBER, bible and stress do not mix up, and so you need to find time to relax. Not just physically, but also spiritually from your mind. If stress can strike a great man of God like Elijah,it could crash anyone that inhabits it. Be watchful.

Spiritual Thoughts with Spiritual Words

Spiritual Thoughts with Spiritual Words
Getting the picture of what it means to live by the spirit is one thing, and living by it is another. Although it is only those in Christ who have the ability to enter and live in the realms of God`s Holy spirit, all humans are naturally spirit beings. We all have Spiritual Thoughts and Spiritual Words, but it all depends on what you know and understand about spirituality. Let us take a look at this to prove this assertion.
Genesis 1:26  "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.
27 So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth".
This verse tells us that God created man in his own image and commanded them to have dominion. If man is the image of God, and God is spirit, then His images are nothing more than spirits supposed to have spiritual thoughts, using spiritual words. That is why He gives us the ability to have dominion like He also have dominion. In another instance, bible says `` Genesis_2:7 "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul``. Here, we see that when God formed man, man could not move or react to any situation because man was just dust, a mere piece of clay. Until God breathed in him the breath of life which is the life-giving spirit of God, man could do nothing. This suggests that it is not actually our flesh which is that piece of clay that feels things but our spirit. Our spirit gives us the ability to live and react to the things of this world and therefore is the main person by whose principles we must live. Living by the principles of the flesh will be a mistake since the flesh in itself is dead.
However, at the fall of man in the Garden of Eden when Adam disobeyed God and released the sense of sin in this world, all men became flesh. They left the spiritual state of power and dominion given to them by God and were left in flesh doing the bidding of the devil since the devil took over their authority. It is a pity though, but God released a master plan by sending Jesus into this world to save us from the grips of sin and regain our dominion and authority for us. In this respect, anyone who turns from this world and believe in Jesus will not only be saved, but be granted full possession of his or her lost dominion, authority and power. In order for God to do this, He has so programmed that anyone who believes in Christ will be automatically changed from the flesh to the spirit.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it comes, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit".
This scripture reveals that there are people born of the spirit and those of the flesh. In fact anyone who genuinely believes in Jesus is born of the spirit and so is a spiritual being. This suggests that anyone who believes in Jesus is a spirit being, possessing the mandate and authority of God. A carnal or earthly person is therefore anyone who does not believe in Jesus, but choses to remain in the fallen state of man. The gateway to living a spiritual lifestyle is belief in Christ Jesus. If you already believe, it is time you start living the spirit life given us freely by God in Christ Jesus.
What is the spirit life? The spirit life encompasses yearning for and desiring to do the things of God. Because your spirit is from God, its only desire is to please God and do the things of God in full. If you are one whose desire is to worship, pray, read the word of God and help in the house of God, it is your spirit that yearns for such things.
On the contrary, those who live by the flesh live by the detects of the flesh. Since the flesh is knit to this world, all the flesh desires is to fulfil the desires of this world. The fleshly person thus desires drinking, lust and everything that goes contrary to the word of God.
